One of the all-time greats. Known for very soulful and expressive style featuring heavy use of index finger vibrato. Great use of space and phrasing, helps him stand out among the crowd. Named his Gibson semi-hollow body ES-355 guitar "lucille."

One of the best at fusing blues, jazz and rock. Master of powerfully expressive bending and sophistication. His bombastically exuberant playing style can climax to near-metal intensity as well. One of his most famous tracks is "Still Got the Blues."
